Dr. Guy Bostock is the son of the late Dr. Robert Bostock who graduated from the original Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1978 located in Davenport, Iowa, and also the nephew of Dr. Bryan Bostock, also a Palmer graduate. Dr. Guy graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in December of 1992 located in Sunnyvale, CA and began his practice in Aromas, CA in August 1993. He began working with the late Dr. Robert Kennedy and the late Dr. Joseph Haeckel in the Gilroy area while managing two office locations for some four years. He then closed the Aromas office and focused on his solo Gilroy location at 322 First Street for some 13 years. In 2009, he relocated his office to the current location at 7881 Church Street, Suite A in Gilroy.

Dr. Bostock uses a combination of chiropractic techniques including Diversified and Gonstead. His logo, “Handmade Health Care” was based on the technique founded by Dr. D.D. Palmer and developer Dr. B.J Palmer who manually adjusted patients with their hands. He likes to integrate physical therapy consisting of moist heat, mechanical traction, electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, and therapeutic massage. His wife, Nancy is the office manager and performs any necessary prescribed physical therapy. He also maintains a certified massage therapist, Tonya Ketchum for all therapeutic massage. The office is also equipped with an onsite x-ray unit and developing processor for necessary x-ray evaluation.

Dr. Bostock stocks a limited supply of orthopedic supports for low back, knee, ankle, elbow, and wrist. The office is also supplied with nutritional body cleansing Everyday Fiber System, Total Tea, and pain relieving Formula 303 and Biofreeze. He also has orthopedic cervical pillows and neck supports.

Dr. Bostock is a current Gilroy Chamber of Commerce member, past Gilroy Exchange Club president, past Gilroy High School basketball assistant, and past Gilroy Anchorpoint Football Trainer. He was also fortunate enough to be voted for the first ever 2003 Pinnacle’s Best Of South Vally Chiropractor. He was also voted for the first ever Gilroy Dispatch’s “Best Of” in 2005 as “Best Doctor” and again in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 as “Best Chiropractor”.
